Due to the intimate nature of our business, no lingerie or any other items will be refunded or exchanged. If purchasing lingerie, please pay attention to the size chart to avoid purchasing the wrong size. You are unsure about a particular size or fit, please feel free to contact us for advice. Cancellation of orders by the client will incur a 20% cancellation and administration fee. If funds have already been paid by the client all bank charges for the application of the refund will be incurred by the client.
